I phoned this vet's office to maybe gets some help with my pet. I live on a fixed income and only get paid once a month. Is the middle of the month and nothing is left asked if they could look at her and would pay at the end of the month. They told me unless I have a down payment that they won't look at her. Good thing vet's cared about the animals first and money next. Can guarantee will not be bringing my pet to this office they only want money they don't give a dam if She dies before I get money to get her to a vet.

My farm dog was having some issues and they were quick to get us in and treat him as needed. He may not have enjoyed his experience but I'm pleased and grateful!

They were kind and accomodating while providing the correct care for our pet, but it would not have been the course of care that we would have chosen if we had been fully informed by the staff. There were three instances where this occured due to a lack of communication / listening skills. Be sure to ask for things specifically and repeat yourself if needed to be an advocate for your pet & get the full explanation.
