I brought in my pug this morning with a pretty extensive infection on his head from a puncture wound, it was hidden under his hair how bad it really was although I tried to keep it as clean as I could but I knew it needed professional care, today I got it! When I phoned in I spoke to a beautiful soul named Brandy and she was amazing. Attending my appointment I was greeted but 3 wonderful ladies who took great care of my Otis. They were very friendly and thorough with my little guy. They fixed him up with so much care and gave me all the info I needed. On top of that they also trimmed his nails. I can't thank you all enough for your service and care today. From us and Otis a huge thank you! ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended!!!!!!!

My Dog Rocky went here for every check-up for 13 years. The service has always been good, when it came time for Rocky to pass, the procedure was very humane for both pet and humans. I appreciate the staff going out of their way to help us through that time.

I really like this vet clinic. All the staff have been very good to me and my dogs. Thank you Sherry for taking the time to talk to me on the phone regarding my dog's ACL injury. I really appreciated it.

Incompetent! Moved my file here from another vet due to buying a house in the area. I have two dogs. Only one of my dogs required an annual checkup and bordetella shot and my other dog required only a teeth checkup. That was what my appointment was for. They ended up giving both of my dogs annual check up exams and annual shots, even though my other dog didn't require it. I work in project management and understanding the scope and deliverable of a customer is important. They did not meet the scope of the appointment. I ended up paying more than what I was required and my other dog got double annuals and shots for the year. Think about that! What competent doctor do you know would give a person or an animal double shots and annual exams for the year? I DO NOT recommend this place. Also, there fees are too high! There are other places that are better for your pets. Skip this place! November 14, 2018: In response to the owner below. No fees were mentioned at the time and why give shots that are not due or needed? Pet owners trust vets to give professional advice, not milk them. My previous vet gave me a quote for my dogs teeth at $800, your vet gave me a quote at over $2100 for the same surgery. Fees not comparable at all, unless you believe $1300 dollars more is comparable. I'll scan and post the quotes of your vet and my previous vet if you so desire. Also, I did contact your office via email with a detailed concern, no response came. Only now because I am writing a review online my concerns are being addressed.
