I had Dr. Dekens come out for a home call to put my best friend to rest. This was short notice as well. I live all the way on farm outside Airdrie and the price to have this done was nothing compared to the service I received. I am very happy with how everything happened. Dr. Dekens was amazing, and I will use a house call to have this performed when needed moving forward. He was very calm and professional and explained everything to me. I was comfortable around him. He made everything feel okay when it was not. Highly recommend. Friendly staff I must note as well.

Montgomery Vet clinic is simply wonderful. I give them 7 stars. The knowledge, care, compassion, and petside manner of the doctors and other staff members is flawless... But moreso, there's a sense that all of the other supporting office functions have been carefully thought through. Little things, like email reminders of visits....Pills that are cut in half for you if the dosage requires. I never have to think, worry, or doubt. It's all handled. It's all perfect. It gives me peace to know that my pet is receiving the best care possible.

After seeing four different vets at different clinics we finally landed at Dr. Dekens clinic. By far the best experience we’ve had not only in Calgary, but in years. My dog has a heart condition that hasn’t been properly diagnosed by the last four vets we’ve seen. Not only did Dr. Dekens take the time to properly listen to his heart, he took the time to explain the functionality of it and why his condition was misdiagnosed previously. On top of this, the rest of the team is extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. Not only has my mind been put at ease with my dog’s condition, they’ve saved me money on our prescriptions with an option not offered by our previous clinic. I couldn’t be more grateful we found this clinic and can’t recommend enough :)

I love Dr.Dekens mobile service, especially for kitties, who can be notoriously difficult to take to the clinic for check ups and vaccines. As well as when the time comes to say good bye to a much loved pet, the ability to have that done in your own home keeps stress to a minimum and comfort to a maximum, and the compassion and empathy Dirk and his team show is unparalleled. When going to the clinic is the only option, I have so far not dealt with any person there that I have not felt comfortable or confident leaving my pet with. My family have been going to Dr.Dekens for years, and will continue to do so. Thanks to all of you, keep up the great work!!

All of the staff- from the ladies at the front desk to the vet techs- take extra steps to make sure their furry patients are comfortable. In particular, Dr. Olivia is very knowledgeable and takes a kind and collaborative approach to her care. I would highly recommend this clinic!
