We are beyond grateful for this clinic! Our dog has had 2 cruciate surgeries over the last year and a half. Dr. Dain did both surgeries with wonderful success. Dr. Rick is so kind and accommodating. When we emailed on a Sunday, he responded with in minutes. The staff is wonderful too. Can't say enough about this clinic...they really do care!! 10/10

I highly recommend this clinic! We’ve seen Dr. Rick since our dog was a puppy and he’s been so good to us and our dog! Everyone there is friendly and personable, and they take such good care of my dog, which is the most important! I truly appreciate building the relationship that I have with Dr. Rick and the rest of the staff there!

We live in Calgary but this is our go to vet and more than worth the short drive. When I've had to use other vets for quick drop ins, it always seems like I'm having unnecessary product pushed on me. At Big Rock, I definitely feel like my pets are in good hands.

Good vet, Dr Rick can even get my chihuahua to calm down and that doesn’t happen with too many people.

This is still the best veterinarian office I have come across. I drive from Calgary to see Dr Dain for my cat's treatment. I trust his knowledge and insight as to what's best for her and she always improves after our visit. He has done great things for her in figuring out what she needs and I'm so thankful.
