They censor reviews on other networks, my dog is dead.

This place, says animal hospital, well after the damage to my 11 month old puppy Sasha who had the stomach flu. They took her to the back, didn’t let me see, they messed with her lungs and heart and who knows what else. Sasha her heart was beating like a bullet when they gave her back. She died. (((WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE))): (was to give Sasha antibiotics, a vitamin injection, saline and an incubator to keep her warm. Also some antibiotics to take home.) THEY DID NOT HELP HER!!! they so much damage. They don’t listen! They made some $$$ from me. "AGAINST " my consent!!! I attached a picture of dead baby Sasha also one of her alive before these crooks killed her, that also censor reviews so my voice can’t be heard. Who kn. I never signed anything, or gave permission, for these inappropriate actions. No integrity, they did not say at the start they’re not equipped, they create situations to charge $500. If you’re a victim please email me at calgaryjonathan@yahoo.com with your story.

Reception horrible

Have been here twice. Vet was great. Person assisting with our dog was kind. So dont let the rest of this review deter. Maybe staff will read this and speak to the desk person. The Receptionist is condescending and not welcoming. She was most annoyed by my questions. Unfortunate as that may send a message about the clinic as a whole. Maybe she shd not be working with the public.

Our Sphynx cat got very sick, extremely quickly. We were very extremely worried, called & we were able to get her in that same day. It turned out to be a bad bronchitis & was treated immediately. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and kind! We are very appreciative. She was completely on the mend within a week! Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Our dog had an unfortunate accident and needed emergency care. The clinic got us in immediately and dealt with her wounds. She's healing well and we expect her to make a full recovery. I am very thankful to all the staff who keep the clinic running smoothly and who show their furry friends such care and consideration. 🐾

The man working at the front desk was very kind and friendly. The vet who saw our cat was blunt, lacked compassion, and acted like we were inconveniencing him. When we bring our animals to the vet, it’s a stressful experience. The least you can do is be kind and helpful to those of us who come in. We were spoken to like we were idiots and when he was explaining the issue with our cat it was very abrupt and vague. I just hope when no one is around he treats the animals better than he treats us.

We have been bringing our French bulldog Harley here for a while now and by far this is the best vet that we have ever been to! After 10 years of searching for a good vet office , we have finally found one! Dr. Chema and his staff are great ! Would highly recommend this office. Dr. Chema Is very knowledgable and very fair with his pricing
