Reasonable Prices. Clean. Knowledgeable and Polite Vets. Great Front Desk Staff. Worth the drive if this is outside your area. Dr. Minhas was patient and thorough and handled our pet wonderfully. First vet we've had that hasn't struggled to find a vein for blood draws. 10/10 would recommend.

Very friendly service. I feel like they give my pup great care. He actually loves going there because they feed him treats during check ups/shots.

Caring staff, lovely place, and reasonable pricing. Best veterinary hospital I've been to in Vancouver. Thank you to everyone there for making my dog and I feel comfortable =)

I do not know why I went back here- I should have learned my lesson from years ago when my cat had bladder stone surgery and ended up not having a stone to which they charged me $1200. However, I saw they had new vets and decided to give it another try- it is very convienient to get to and therefore less car stress for the feline friend. Vet seemed nice enough- however $350 for 12 minutes and blood work seems crazy! This is where the story takes a turn... the receptionist only updated my email and not my phone number, therefore when they tried to call with the results the number was not in service. However there was never a reach out by email either- especially considering it is 2018 and the results were abnormal. I ended up phoning to which I spoke to another vet who was condescending and heaven forbid you ask questions. Being of a person medical background I understand terminology (I am an ICU RN), yet still require guidance form the professional, however she did not appreciate when I stated this fact. She led with suggesting another treatment which was purely diagnostic and not necessary to actually stage the illness. She then stated he needed fluids to "flush stuff out" - when I asked what stuff you can guess the answer. It got to the point she states "well its your pet you can do what you want". I then picked up the medication on a different day from the technicians only- nothing was mentioned on perhaps the one tablet being extremely bitter when broken in half (as the dose required) and to pill pocket. So upon my cat getting the tablet he promptly vomited it up. I have given him tablets before and this was not the response! When I called back to see if this was normal I received "oh yes the vet states this recommend" as if I should have known this and no mention of come back and get another. The service is sub par and rude. I would not recommend this vet as it is difficult to respect the knowledge they may possess if you dare question what is happening with your pet. I guess I should have trusted the saying fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me for ever having gone back there in the first place.

Was late arriving to appoint with dog - stuck in afternoon traffic. As I walked in was told there was not enough time left in my appoint and I will have to rescheduale and leave. Incredibly rude. We have spent $$$ in the past at this vet due to an ill pet. NEVER going back. Maybe put your "late policy" on the website so people know. If there is a chance you might be late - don't bother with this place.
