We were suspecting that our dog had cancer and were trying to get it diagnosed. To do so urine sample and images had to be sent out to a specialist. The images to accompany the sample were lost and we had to chace them for follow up twice. This delayed getting diagnosis and treatment for our dog who eventually passed away. The staff guessed at pricing options for treatment (thought Edmonton would be cheaper or the same as Saskatoon - huge difference with Saskatoon being much cheaper) and only when prompted would seek out information for us. Additionally when trying to figure out options, clinic staff used ultrasound equipment without having proper knowledge or training on the equipment and provided us with incorrect information - namely the location of the tumor (would determine if operation was possible), and the size (size cant be properly assessed in a bladder). The owner of the clinic took over care of our dog to sort out everything, and we got the referral to Saskatoon. I was happy with how she finally got things moving and provided us with accurate information. I will not go back there, even for routine issues with our other dog.

THE BEST VET CLINIC I HAVE BEEN TO!! The staff are truly caring and extremely knowledgeable. They are so great with all the animals I have brought here. They do their best to accommodate you and get your animal in fairly quick. Clean and well maintained facility.

We have taken all our cats and dog to them. Very friendly and helpful staff. After our cat had passed away we received a handwritten sympathy note from them. Nice that they care so much
