We initially used Ranch Docs because their price for a spay was better than in the city. They are knowledgeable and caring. The facility is easy to find and kept clean. We've consistently had things explained to us and been given options on treatment approaches. Dr Cozens is a great small animal vet, and AH Tech Robin has consistently gone the extra mile.

I want nothing but the best for my best friend. Ranch Docs has great staff and competitive prices. Hands and paws down, the best choice in Southern Alberta. My sister is a vet and worked at a different clinic in town before she moved to B.C. She recommended Ranch Docs and not her previous employer. Enough said.

Left waiting in the examination room for over 20mins...again, with the excuse of an unexpected emergency and they apologized...again. As I was waiting, the examination room was notably dirty at 10 a.m. The floors did not look like they had been washed in a very long time and their was something splattered on adjacent walls. I asked him to look at my dog's ears and was advised that they were very clear throughout the ear canal and to keep doing what I was doing to keep them in such good condition. Now, 5 days later, he has a full-blown ear infection which makes me think the instrument the vet used was contaminated, likely from a previous examination if the room was an example of their cleaning/sterilization practices. I will not be returning but am writing this review in hopes that they improve the level of cleanliness at their facility for current/future clients and/or before something worse breaks out through cross contamination. On a better note, the vet was very thorough and professional. Too bad the facility does not reflect this.

Best vet I have taken my animals too. Always goes above and beyond. Friendly smiles and cheerful tones. Makes sure that I am knowledgable about my animals conditions and gives me all the option. Would not reccomend any other vet.

Dr Harry is great to deal with, our German Sheppard had her first litter and was getting tired towards the end so had to take her in to get the last couple pups delivered. He stayed in touch with us through out the day to see how she was doing before we brought her in. Staff did an awesome job and Sable is at home with her 8 pups all healthy. Thanks again.
