This clinic is amazing. Right from the beginning the service from the administration was excellent, very kind, helpful and answered all my questions on the phone. Dr. Tom did our dog, Reggie’s, TPLO surgery, we couldn’t have had a better experience. He explained everything, was caring with our dog and took time to make sure we understood the procedure. We drove from Calgary and would not hesitate to go there and recommend them. By far the best clinic I have been to.

Dr Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job for Flynn's TPLO surgery and told me exactly what to expect post op. Flynn's back to his happy active self. Very pleased, would highly recommend.

Great vet clinic, Dr. Tom was amazing with my dog during his TPLO surgery. My dog hates going to the vet, he has pretty bad anxiety in general. This place he actually doesn't mind coming to! Will be returning to do all check ups here from now on.

Dr. Sandy is amazing. She took care of our older German Shepard yesterday. A very caring and compassionate veterinarian. Makes everything a little easier when you’re dealing with tough situations. All the staff here are brilliant people.

Dr. Tom did an amazing job with my dog. She needed a TPLO surgery on her left knee and has recovered amazingly well post-op. From start to finish, we felt reassured and cared for. Our girl is back to her normal happy self a few months post-op and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. Tom and the awesome team at Carstairs!
