Understanding and helpful veterinarians who will work with their clients. Half price compared to Calgary. However, the front desk staff often seem under trained. Also, I sent them an email once and they didn't reply for 3 months.

Nothing but great things you say about this place. They have taken such great care of our little Mikey.

This vet has come to our aid more then once, allowed me to set up an account to pay in payments. When my little baby girl had a stroke and had to be put down I was able to spend some time before to say goodbye and after she had passed they gave condolences and then quietly left the room, shut the door and allowed me to just hold her and have a good cry. He then took her and had her cremated and built her a little wood box, stained and finished with a brass plaque that had her name engraved on it and gave it to me. One of the assistants made me a shadow box with her picture and collar to be placed with her box. All they charged for was the actual crematorium fee of $40. The rest they did for free and on thier own time, that time vets are usually lacking! I saw a review where the man had said this office killed his family members dog. That had to be due to a reaction to the anastetic which is not the vets fault. I have always and I will. Always bring my pets to this vet. I am a breeder of purebreed Chihuahua and we always bring our litters here for vet checks, shots and even c-sections when needed and we have yet to lose even 1 puppy! These vets are wonderful and care so much about the animals . I HIGHLY recommend this office!

Amazing vets and I took my Golden Retriever to them many times. In the Spring during a snow storm the vet drove all the way on a Sunday night at 10 p.m. to treat my dog. Not only did he do this during one of the worst snow storms, but he actually took my dog home with him, and said "Oh, I just want to keep my eye on him for a few days and he can ride shotgun with me". I wish I personally had a doctor who would on a Sunday night, drive in a snow storm, and bring me HOME with him. Amazing vets and have my referrals for sure. PS: The vet drove from Sundre to Olds too. So this was not local for him.
