Veterinary Practice Solutions is a well-rounded resource for veterinary practices. My wife and I own a veterinary practice and have been working with Veterinary Practice Solutions for 2 years now. This company provides in-depth training that is useful for problem solving, avoiding problems, enhancing staff morale, maximizing efficiency, maximizing growth, and reaching the personal goals of the owners. They make sure to tailor recommendations specific to individual practices because every practice is different. This is a very professional and attentive company. We look forward to our continued growth with Veterinary Practice Solutions!

I started my own veterinary hospital in 2013 and became AAHA accredited in 2014. I was doing well and my business was growing rapidly. What I soon learned is that as we added more employees, I started feeling I needed more control. I wanted to stop reacting to the stress of the practice and start guiding and planning growth. I had no idea how to do this...I'm a veterinarian not a business executive. However, that is exactly what Dr Joel Parker and VPS have helped me do over this past year. I have confidently added a new associate and continued to see steady profit growth. I have a much better handle on the finances of the business, a new staff training program in development, weekly staff meetings, internal marketing program, and an awesome team! I am in control and have a much better idea of how to continue to grow and expand. Now I can think big and know I can get there!

At the beginning of 2016 I was having trouble paying my bills and I was having staff issues. I have been watching whiteboard Wednesdays for the last 2 years. I decided to try a course through VPS on building my client base. I went from about 15 new clients a month to about 30 new clients a month. I took the team builder course next which taught me about staff. I lost my office manager and fired an associate vet. This was a game changer for my practice. I am paying my bills, the remaining staff is much happier, I am sleeping better. I just started the executive training program with my new office manager, it has been a lot of fun and very educational. I can't wait to take the next course.

I have always been interested in the Veterinary Management. We have a mature solid 36 year old AAHA Practice. We happened upon VPS and Dr. Joel Parker earlier this year, and with their help, we are transforming our Practice. Using their evidence based management methods, we are rapidly evolving toward a Power Practise and a Legacy ... I love it ... should have known this 20 years ago ...
