I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They rushed our 3 month old puppy in who was having some sort of reaction to vaccines from another vet (that I've ben going to for years). The vet assistant was very detailed in getting all symptoms. The vet came in and completely checked him out and explained everything in clear detail so we understood fully what was going on...an allergic reaction as well as his diet. The front desk girl was extremely friendly too. Price wasn't too bad either. We are actually considering switching to this vet now. We had a great experience.

I will never go here again I brought my cat here with a urinary issue and after waiting for 2 hours and having them let other walk ins ahead of me I asked if I could make an appointment and take him to a regular vet the next day and they said they did not recommend that and my cats issue could be really serious so I stayed and waited and when we finally went back his bladder wasn’t full enough to do the $80 urinalysis so they tried to guilt me in to paying for a bunch of unnecessary expensive testing that they quoted me $1,000 for and when I wasn’t willling to do that they just sent us home and did absolutely nothing to help my cat even though they told me how serious the issue could be and were so sure of what the problem was that they gave me pamphlets about it so again I feel like it was just scare tactics to get my money and not have it go somewhere else it was a complete waste of time and money the next day I took him to the kindness animal clinic in Monroe and they were so amazing and helpful and baffled at how diamond vet treated my cat and the things they suggested he needed thank goodness for the lovely people at kindness animal clinic they were the best and thanks to them my cat is doing wonderful and back to living his best life but I would seriously not recommend taking your animal to diamond unless you want to give an excessive amount of money to people who don’t seem to care about animals and literally just want to make as much money from you as possible

My friend and I found a precious little tabby that had hit by a car. The poor little things face, eyes, nose and mouth were dripping with blood and bearily breathing. It was so incredibly upsetting... we rushed it to Diamond Veterinarian hospital. The staff was so kind, friendly and considerate. It looks like the kitty is gonna pull through. Thank you so much Diamond hospital staff!! Your the best!!

Very very helpful. Unfortunately had to take my dog during emergency hours because he was in so much pain and I couldn't stand find being miserable anymore. The veterinarian said there was a very good chance my 6 year old Chihuahua/terror mix had neurological problems. They provided me with a couple of options, told me prices, and told me to think about it. I sadly brought my dog in the next day to put him down. They were VERY comforting, explained the whole process, and even let me hold my baby 1 last time. I was charged $234 to put him down, get his ashes in a box I got to choose, a lock of hair, and a paw print. It arrived exactly a week after he left the world, I couldn't of been more thankful for this emergency veterinary hospital during this time.

I genuinely thought the employees here were sincere and kind, however I never got a answer for what was wrong with my puppy (the parvo test came back negative, which is inconclusive at best) but that's where they stoped trying to figure out what was wrong with him and suggested I take him to a vet if he continues to show symptoms. For paying 200 dollars for a visit that gave me no answers, is outrageous.
