The experience was very pleasant, I came a little early for my appointment and they got us in a room and taken care of very quickly. Prices were very reasonable and the staff is very friendly. I have a 3 year old pit bull and I've been to places where I've sensed the stigma against them but I got no sense of that here. We'll come back here again for sure!

The level of service, care and compassion cannot be beat by any other vet. My experiences at Twin Lakes Veterinary Hospital are always a pleasant one and I always feel my pet is extremely well taken care of every single time. You can tell that every single person that works here loves animals and cares about your pet just as much as you do. My family's dog was so well taken care of here for over 9 years that I knew I had to take my dog here as well. I have been using their services for my dog since he was a puppy 8 years ago. I drive 15 miles out of my way from Black Diamond to have my dog's vet services done here and I will continue to do so. Every staff member here is so amazing and awesome, can't tell you how much I appreciate it.

I've been taking my two dogs here for 10 years and have always had excellent service. My dogs have been seen by most of the doctors here. They know how to handle dogs and my dogs feel safe and never afraid. Very professional with good customer service. I can always get in when I need an appointment and never have to wait.

Very personable and caring staff. My family chose Twin Lakes Veterinary Hospital to help us in our difficult time, having to say goodbye to our Maui. Reasonable prices and again very personable and caring staff. Highly recommended.

Very thorough. My dog has had recurring infections that her regular vet just kept treating with antibiotics, but not looking for an underlying cause. I'd had enough, so I called Twin Lakes. The doc is exploring several possible causes. I feel like she really listened to me and respected me as the one who knows the dog best. They're not cheap, but they're cost conscious and not wasting time and money on unnecessary allergy tests or expensive "prescription" food (that we know from experience doesn't help). I've lived in the area off and on for over 20 years, and used them periodically. They haven't always been very good, so I'm taking away one star, but I'm willing to give it back if they can solve my dog's problem.
