Love this place they always put Mac's health before anything. Dr.palmar even came in on his day off and it wasn't overly expensive

Great service. Dr. Parmer is very caring and professional.

I was a bit put off by the lecture I received about "If you adopt a pet it's now your responsibility to pay for his health no matter what is wrong. I don't like it when someone adopts and the health costs are too much and you euthanize them. You have to pay no matter what." Though I agree to a point with what the Vet said this was my first visit with my kitten whom I had for one day who had a cold - it felt unwarranted and unnecessary. Maybe this is something this particular vet feels he needs to go over with all new clients? (Which could very likely be and is a sad fact.) His lecture, though, I think to some people will come across more so as a grab at money to treat everything "no matter what". He prescribed my cat antibiotics - the tests he performed were looking at his eyes and ears, taking his temperature and listening to his breathing and heart. Not sure I'll return to this clinic.

Been going here for almost 10 years. Has always been great. Dr Parmar has saved our cat on one occasion, and was able to figure out her allergy problems as well. He has always been more than fair with his fees. I suspect some of the negative reviews could perhaps be chalked up to language barrier.
