After being with another vets for years, we needed to get our furry baby into a vets and grays Harbor vets welcomed me and my furry baby to their facility. Fiona my purebred boxer had a split nail up to the quick and needed to be looked at. Not only did Grays Harbor vets get us in the same day but they took care of the nail that day. They took time to listen and understand my concerns. 🙂

After being turned away, and given the run around by To Many vets in this area. These people saw Hal as soon as they could. I even overheard a call, where they made room for another. Plus. Extremely Reasonable Price. And my buddy was in and out sooner than expected, after taking care of wounds from a dog attack. Myself with 43 punctures. If your reading this. I'd start here !!! 🤣

I would recommend never using this vet or even frequenting them just even once. They are absolutely soulless and do not have the best interest in your pets well being. They certainly will not go out of their way to help your furry friends.Their only concern is time and money. I have a Husky with two torn ACLs and they have seen her several times, in addition to many other vets. There is a clear diagnoses and problem. Surgery is out of the question for me because of money. Therefore, I spent quite a lot of time trying to get funding for her via organizations that will provide funding. I have been accepted by 2 of them and although that does not allow my dog to get surgery, it would have allowed her to get custom fit braces via a 3rd party company. However, in order to get the funding for the braces, I needed a letter from the vet stating that braces would be a viable option. I called for over a month and sent several emails trying to receive this from the vet. On the last day of my deadline to furnish a letter to one of the organizations, received a call from the vet. They had a month to get back to me and decided to give me their decision on the last day (a fact I made clear). The reason the I was given is because Courtney (the vet) did not feel that it was ethical to write such a letter due to her opinion being that my dog needed surgery and braces would not help. She was very rude and cold hearted. She had always been every time I spoke with her so this was not surprising or anything new. It was clear that they were only in it for the money and when I asked her how braces could not help my dog, she had nothing to justify her opinion. It was clear that she was just all about the money and not trying to help my animal in any way, shape or form as a vet's duty should be. Consequently, I lost the funding for my dog because this vet decided to write her off due to the astounding fact that she claimed BRACES COULD NOT HELP, only surgery. Moreover, I made it very clear that I was dropping them as my vet and about a month letter Courtney was so nasty and passive aggressive she decided that she would write me a letter stating that they can no longer retain me as a customer and I should seek help for my pet elsewhere due to my dissatisfaction. The saying the customer is always right carries no weight at this facility. I highly encourage anyone that has a serious issue with their animal to seek services elsewhere. This vet will do absolutely nothing for you and it's an insult that someone so cold hearted could be a vet. Someone we should entrust to give our pets any kind of help they can.

Grays harbor vet has been absolutely wonder to my fur baby and so tolerant of my one year old that runs around while we're there. My Callie girl has given us many hardships and scares, Dr lacey has been absolutely wonderful. Always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we have answers and that they are addressed, Thank you so much to everyone there

Very good place to take your pet. Staff is great. We had our little dog Spade, and it was a good experience. I especially like how they called to check up on your pet after you take her home. You know that the staff really cares for your pet as much as you do. I highly recommend this place.
