We adopted a dog that was hit by a car, and might have needed a leg amputated. At Sunset Hill, dr Lamb provided a conservative treatment, and now he almost restored. They are very knowledgeable and care a lot about their patients.

The nicest staff you've ever encountered. Super gentle docs

Dr. Guan is very patient and explains everything in great detail. She was also very accessible by phone (although typically involved leaving a message, she responded quickly). It's very apparent that she deeply cares about her patients.

We have a cat with a...unique health history. Sunset is the first place we've gone that helped us get to the bottom of the mystery and find out how to make our kitty healthy and happy again. Techs treat our cat with patience and care--frankly, we are fairly convinced that she thinks her surgery days are really spa days. The vets are very committed to explaining options for treatment and starting with lower cost choices first--but they also won't compromise care and will be straight with you when you just have to bite the bullet and get moving. I've referred every pet lover I know here. They're a local gem!
