Don't park in paid road parking in Arrivals because they are always looking for opportunities to give you a ticket. I was there day before and had to run inside quickly to get my guests. So, I parked my car, paid for it and went inside. when I got back I had a ticket on my windshield because my car was parked over 2 minutes and let me mention that it wasn't busy or anything in arrivals. When I tried to talk to Parking people, the Manager on duty (uncooperative) was just not ready to listen and wouldn't tell me where could I go to give my feedback and tell how I feel that I got a ticket for 2 minutes. But she said I need to set timer and not only that, she also wanted me to pay for the time I was standing there trying to talk to her about the ticket. According to her, I should also pay for the time for loading the baggage and getting the guests in the car. I've been to many airports but I think I just discovered an airport where they would like us to start paying for the time we are loading the baggage and making our guests sit. To me, it seemed like they are just trying to make money and waiting for cars to go even a minute over. In simple words, its not policy or procedure thing but a money making strategy. If you need to park and go inside, my suggestion will be to park inside where you won't need to "set timers". I hope this review will save someone some headache.

The airport doesn't have much on the outside before security. Halls and walkways are small for an airport handling a city of over 1 million and the airport currently working on its improvements for its boarding security area. Past-security they offer a lot in terms of stores and restaurant. Also space is better.

came here looking for a couple small gifts. nice looking complex. but still lacking in relevant designer shops compared other outlets i've been to. mostly just average or lower name shops.

Pretty simple airport. Very easy to navigate and not get lost. Going through security is usually very fast and efficient. Lots of different places to eat and shop at while waiting for flights. Baggage area is easy to find and usually pretty fast at getting bags off the plane. Probably one of my favorite smaller airports. Great having the car rental place right outside the doors.

Here today and it is 26 degrees inside. Are there AC issues? Don’t we pay enough airport tax to turn that bad boy on?
