Owner Brice has helped me twice in the last few months. First, he tracked down, ordered, and installed/repaired a screen part on my old beloved laptop that I take with me on my travels. Without this fix, the screen wouldn't stay up, making the laptop unusable. It's as good as new now! Second, he built a great desktop system for my home business. I also had a lot of questions about the software I had been using and he gave me some great insight into other options to consider. He is so patient and explains things very thoroughly until he's sure you understand. Everything works so flawlessly now and I'm really happy with the set-up I have, thanks to him!

We have used FAQ at my place of work- which is a veterinary hospital for the last 7 years. We have 12 computers in our hospital that all run our veterinary software. FAQ keeps things running smoothly. If we have any problems or issues- Brice can be easily reached and he has us back up and running with very little down time which is VERY important. He is professional, honest and kind. Whether we need new equipment, a service call or technical advice- Brice at FAQ is our go to guy.

Dishonest. Unethical. Desperate. Several years back an "employee" asked me for a 'loan' so he could bail himself out (at that point I was a client, nothing more, nothing less). Informed his boss, cut ties and ditched this place. Now several years later the only marketing skill they have is to wait until there is a huge in-town event and then plaster all parked cards with their cheap flyers. Don't ever come near my car again. You have no right to touch it at all. Desperate and pathetic. One more flyer and then we are going to court. Consider yourself warned.
