This place has changed ownership and the company is now called "Spoiled Pet Club" and they have moved down the road to 4656 61st street. The address on google maps is incorrect. They have many clients and groomers but are still able to book same-day service. Not top of the line groom but you get what you pay for!

I have always been super happy with the services of this grooming shop but today I have decided not to return. I phoned for an appointment for my pets and apparently there was a new girl taking the appointments over the phone. She kept asking me for my name over and over, for goodness sake write it down if you can not remember. Than my pets names, than asking me to speak louder. I spoke as loud as I could and if I would speak any louder I would start to sound rude. She really seemed to be struggling with the appointment booking and I could hear her supervisor standing in the back telling her how to book it. Please help her instead of just telling her what to do. Agin she asked me what my name was and to speak louder again I told her I was speaking as loud as I could, she than just hung up on me. I am sorry but being a customer for a very long time with this shop. I am shocked at this behaviour. wow. I did phone back cancelled my appointment and told them the reason for cancelling. I can not believe that after going there for over 5 years I am going somewhere else because of the rude behaviour of a new employee. Yikes guys, get it together as I will no longer recommend your shop as I have done in the past!!!!!!

Lady was rude on the phone. Long story short I thought they moved when I saw all the uhaul trucks and sign in the entrance when I came for appt. forgot my phone so I drove back home called to explaine but in the end it's my fault. I should of done this and that etc was what I got. So I'll try another place

I was very, very happy with the service I was given here. My dog, a cairn terrier, had been to many groomers before and she would always come back looking funny because nobody knew how to give her a proper cairn cut. She just got a typical bichon cut often and looked awful. When I brought her here on a recommendation, I was very impressed when I came to get her. She didn't want to leave! I would bring her here every time if it was in my area! I highly recommend it!

We bring one of our long hair cats here for his cuts and have always had good experiences. He struts around after his mohawk is cut on, and while he hates the car, he doesn't seem stressed at all when I pick him up.
