Took our two big dogs to get there nails done. The workers at the pet spa are very friendly and our dogs don't mind getting their nails done here, which they normally hate with a passion. Store is big and normally full of other dogs to socialize with, our dogs get excited every time we drive close to the store.

Bob is the nicest store manager I have ever met. He is friendly, and totally understands customer service. Definitely my favourite location by far .

Good selection of kibble. Not so economical on natural treats or pet gear. Lots of lower grade filler treats, so need to read the label. They used to almost always have helpers on the floor, but recently it seems that they're super short staffed. Checkout even takes ages as the one cashier announces for help. They take returns of food your pet won't touch, so that's good. The cashiers seem a little too slow when they're there. Not sure about their grooming parlor as they seem pretty snooty in there. I like the dog tag machine and that they have behavioral classes, although never signed up for one.

A pretty good store. Clean. Helpful staff. We adopted our cat here. They have a good assortment of accessories and I like to browse around for things to spoil our cat with.
