The store is mortifying. I went inside to have a look at the fish and it was absolutely disgusting. The fish were not taken care of, in the goldfish tank had about 15 dead goldfish.. and they were being eaten by the other fish. They are starved, and it breaks my heart. You can see skeletons floating around in the water. I watched an employee throw a box containing a small animal onto the checkout counter. Never buying from here again.

Quick. Clean. Easy to navigate. Staff were super friendly. Not a huge selection of what we were looking for, but cat collars aren't really a big thing. The engraveable machine was super quick and easy for the tag.

Only have one star because zero wasn’t an option. Bought some fish from here and now my tank is infested with ich. Had this tank forever and never had any issues until I bought fish from here. Lost half my tank already. Heard from another store they had an infestation because they don’t know what they are doing. Would NOT buy from here. Never will I ever go back. Very disappointed.

Only reason there is 2 stars is for the effort the employee put in to help me buy the king snake there. Otherwise would be a big 0. They told me the snake was aggressive, and a biter, that's ok, just needs to be handled. WRONG The poor thing has so many layers of retained spectacles (eyecaps from not shedding right) she was completely blind. Having experience with snakes and reptiles, i was able to fix one side, but the other isn't fixable. Also not returning her. Going to give her a good home, regardless.. ps, she hasn't shown any aggressiveness since she can now see, even if it is just from one side

There is no service available during daytime hours on weekdays. Just one girl on till and one on the floor. It is impossible for that one employee to answer to the needs of all customers in a timely manner. I was being helped, then abandoned for another customer before I was done. Even though I had mentioned needing fish while she was getting me crickets. I already had told her what I needed but she had to leave urgently to help someone adopting a cat. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting, I paid for the crickets and left my other items behind. I was going to buy frogs for my classroom, the students will be disappointed, until I take my business elsewhere. I strongly suggest that more staff be scheduled otherwise you will be losing more customers. I was not the only person frustrated by the lack of service today.
