By far the best animal hospital I have ever been to and the amount of care they provided for my puppy was beyond what I really expected. They spent an extra 10 minutes playing with my puppy and making sure he enjoyed his time at the vet and didn't leave with any negative feelings towards the vet. I can't rave enough about how much I appreciated the staff and how amazing they are.

I think the staff were very caring and showed genuine concern for our situation. We were very happy with the level of care and the follow up call after ensured great treatment. Our bird responded well and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Coastal Rivers staff.

I am VERY disappointed with the service i received over the phone. Only reason why I'm giving them two stars is because in store my experience with the doctor was great. But as for a follow up to book an appointment for my guinea pig, the secretary would not accommodate with my schedule. Full time student, taking extra classes, have a part time job, 15 minutes makes a huge different and she would not understand that. My issue was drop off, she gave me the option of 730 or 8. I start at 8 and wont get there by "exactly 730" (her words). I offered 745, a drop off and I'll just BARELY make it to school. But she would not work with me and was very stubborn. She then said we can look at another day, but it was the same day of the week, same time. What good does that do? Its the same thing! I don't care that its a Friday, and the special vet can only do Fridays, all i asked of her was 745, a middle of both times she gave me and she would not put me in. I am expecting better service when i call back to book his appointment or I wont recommend this vet to anyone. I have dozens of pets and I have been a vet assistant, and shadowed at multiple vet hospitals, I've NEVER came across such a stubborn, unhelpful or non flexible secretary. Like DO YOU WANT MY MONEY COASTAL RIVERS? then book me in on MY TIME.

We had a terrible experience here. Our beloved dog suddenly died and we brought him to Coastal. The vet on duty at the time tried to revive him, with no luck. We were in shock as he was a healthy dog. The lack of empathy was unbelievable and he was in a rush and did not take time to answer our questions. It made a terrible situation and loss, so much worse. I would not recommend this clinic.

Coastal Rivers Pet Hospital could not have done anything better in terms of the care that they provided for our dog, Skippy. Dr. Lawrence did a VERY thorough check of Skippy immediately upon our arrival (Skippy was pooping blood all over the place), and Dr. Lawrence's observations were professionally and extensively documented in Skippy's file. The care provided by both Dr. Lawrence and his incredibly kind, empathetic and hands-on staff was beyond expectation, and I immediately felt confident that Skippy was getting the best care possible. Skippy was a whole new dog after spending only 1 night at Coastal Rivers Pet Hospital, and I cannot thank Dr. Lawrence and his team of vet assistants/technicians for their wonderful work!!! I will definitely be bringing Skippy back to Coastal Rivers Pet Hospital from Delta if he ever falls seriously ill again. This modern, immaculate clinic, together with the care that the team of doctors and assistants provide to the pets in their charge, will be definitely worth the drive!!!
