The staff was fantastic, definitely focused on the care and comfort of their patients. I was able to get a same day appt for my cat, and everything went so smoothly. The cost was reasonable, and I wasn't pushed to have any unnecessary tests. I will definitely be using them for any and all future vet needs!

I gave them a 2, because they have been better than right now. Added as a walk-in. My pug hurt her really bad. I expected to wait, but didn't seem busy. There was not a lot of people. In fact, I was one of two. My folder was taken and put back and another was taken. This happened as I was here for awhile. I understand appointments are first. Then, people started to come after an hour of waiting. The front desk was ok. The back, I don't know what was going on and could be very busy. Which I can understand. Perception is everything in the front. I will have to drive and take her to a vet that we trust more than them.

They were able to get us in same day and help or dog's ears. They've always treated us with respect and kindness, and are wonderful to our pets. None of them fear the vet! Some things feel a bit more expensive than at other places, but overall, very happy with them.

The ladies at the desk were quick and attentive. I brought in a duckling that I found on the side of the road. They assured me they would treat the injured palmate (foot) then be released back into the wild when it is old enough. It was a quick and great experience. I will be bringing in my pets for their annual exams based on this experience.

The staff and Dr Riley were kind, caring and considerate during an extremely difficult and emotional time. We were on vacation with our dogs when our Pomeranian Lily went into end stage heart failure. She had been doing well on her meds and her sudden decline came as a surprise. Our vet at home suggested that we shouldn't put her through the stress of a 5+ hour drive home. We called several veterinarians in the area. One said we'd have to pay for a consultation first, which seemed ridiculous given the circumstances. The caring staff at Yelm Veterinary Hospital helped Lily cross the rainbow bridge in a peaceful, respectful, and caring environment. I was also touched with the offer to give us a clay cast of Lily's paw print, which will be a cherished memento of our girl.
