Shaw has been my vet for the past 5 years. Every single veterinarian that I've dealt with there has had compassion and professionalism to the nines. When I had to put my dog down, they checked up on me regularly for months after, even sent me cards and flowers. As far as prices are concerned, I've found them more affordable than other vet clinics in town that will gouge you because you love your pet. They have the machinery required to conduct ultrasounds and therefore don't have to send anything out, which saved me at least $100. Thank you Shaw, you guys are wonderful.

DO NOT COME HERE ! Did not transfer medical records when we wanted to use a new vet. The reception lady is not pleasant and unhelpful. Also the vets are shady. They gave de worming medication only for one cycle. Where it requires 2 cycles. As a professional they should have correctly prescribed the medication.

I brought my dog in for a check up for allergy medications and was told that two of her teeth needed to be removed as they were being worn down by other teeth. At first I declined as there was no indication of pain. It was suggested that I was subjecting her to unnecessary pain so I relented. The result of the surgery is that her oesophagus was damaged and now constricted such that no solid food could be consumed. Dr. Shaw tried to correct the problem unsuccessfully at a reduced cost to us. (Still many hundreds of dollars!!) I should note that this clinic is now corporately operated so his generosity may have been restricted. He did not do the surgery. NOT ONCE AT ANY TIME DID THE DOCTOR RESPONSIBLE OR ANY REPRESENTATIVE OF THIS FACILITY SAY SORRY OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS MISTAKE!!! The result is still costing us money and the solution is out of range in terms of cost so my dog eats soup and constantly throws up when eating anything larger than a pea. I suspect that the underlying fear from the corporation and consequent risk management is from a fear of a lawsuit for malpractice...which is still being considered. Be careful when considering surgery here!

I can really recommend this place where to take your pet. The vet took a look of my dog even she had a surgery at 20 minutes and didn't let us wait. She was really nice to us and very professional !

Their incompetence was the reason why my guinea pig passed away. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
