Dr. Stacey is wonderful - calm, reasonable, careful without being overzealous with tests and procedures. The technicians and staff in the clinic are likewise fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. I've trusted my two cats and dog to this clinic for six years now and will continue doing so for as long as possible!

I had a very bad experience here when I brought my cat in for after she had come home with serious inquiries. The vet threatened me saying he's got to report me to the SPCA for negligence? And that they will most likely to come and remove her from my care and give her to someone better able to care for her. So be careful where you go if you have to ask for assistance from Nana or vocal, we just happened to be without funds to take her to a vet as they do not bill and payday is 3 days away. I have cancelled my appointment and have changed to a different veterinary office, one recommended by the kind person I talked to at SPCA.

We came here for a fundraiser and got our cats micro chipped. They were so kind and helpful and even gave us a free cat carrier.

Always helpful staff and very accommodating when emergencies come up. Very clean facility and Dr. Stacey always thorough. No push for clients to pay for things that the animal may not require. Highly recommended

I actually did not have a good experience at this vet clinic. The girls at the front were nice and helpful. I made the appointment for my dog to get his booster shots. In addition to the booster shots, I was also expected to pay 83 dollars for a check-up which I did not ask for. I felt this was unfair because as a paying customer it is my decision what services I want for my dog. Also, I never said I wanted a check up nor an exam. I feel like there was a miscommunication about the services. However, what happened after that is why I am dissatisfied with the veterinarian and the lack of professionalism on his part. I asked the girls at the front to please get the vet to call me back as I felt this issue needed to be straightened out. At first, the vet listened to me and my issue but after I finished talking, he then straight out told me something to the lines of 'I don't want anything to do with you, I don't care about your money and you are banned from my clinic, you are never to come back here again! I couldn't believe his behavior. It was completely unprofessional. He did not end up charging me the 83 dollars which was the right thing to do.
