Have been going here for a few years because it's close and my cat doesn't like the car. It's always been fine but I always find I have to wait for long periods before the vet finally come in, but like I said I didn't want to change vets because it was close. Today I went in and waiting for the typical 20min only to be told the vet wasn't there yet because she didn't know what time she started; now they want me to wait at least a half an hour. This was while there was a hyperactive dog in the next room (with paper thin walls) and my cat was freaking out. This was the last straw, convenient or not I have already found a new vet and I can't really say I would recommend this one.

Finally after living in Langford for over 16 yrs, have found an excellent vet. Dr Rolfe & staff were very knowledgeable & friendly. Reasonably priced as well! Highly recommend! Thanks from Lily!

Great Staff, reasonable prices. We really enjoy bringing our dog there.

Terrible experience if I could give them a minus rating I would . I have spent thousands of dollars at this clinic as my baby was diabetic and last Thursday when my little dog needed help the most they turned us away . Thanks for nothing so in desperation I contacted the millstream vet clinic and within 10 minutes they were caring for my baby ,sadly things didn’t go well but I did find a new and caring vet for my other dog and will never return to Thetis Heights again !

I can't rave enough about the staff & Vetrinarians that we dealt with last week during our holidays. We were traveling through BC when our Dachshund was attacked by another dog. The week brought us traveling through different vets for follow up care. Thetis was our last stop before heading home as our girl was seeping too much and the stitches were coming apart and ended in a second surgery to put in another drain and restitch everything inside & out. This clinic went above & beyond to help us and get us in when 6 other vets couldn't. They walked us through the after care, and showed genuine care and concern. Thank you from Abby. She appears to be on the mend.
