Put down my little Ninja rat tonight. They were so wonderful, and I even got discounted a considerable amount of money. Just charged me for the Euthanasia but not a checkup charge. They put Ninja in a box with flowers, and game me a paw print 🐾 free of charge! It did take a good amount of time, but I expected it! Only 24 hour place there is in Victoria. I even had questions an hour later so I called them up and they told me answers in detail and kindness. It is expensive but I totally recommend to anyone who has pet problems after hours. Cheers!

I would never recommend for anyone. My dog was having some serious issues to find out he had a tumour. I was quoted 6000$ for the surgery. Obviously did not get it at that time I consulted my regular vet to be given the price of 3000$ For the EXACT same procedure. It would of been a booked surgery not an emergency one. The staff is also very cold and condescending. No people skills. Please if your animals are sick or hurt try you best to get into your regular vet.

The vet that saw my dog was amazing. She had been super lethargic and just not quite right for two days. I took her there and within a few hours she was diagnosed with Addison’s disease and started on treatment. By the morning she looked so much better and once the test for that disease came back positive from Vancouver she was started on regular meds and is now doing wonderfully.

In Ontario I was charged 3300 for a GDV (Bloat) surgery. Here I was quoted 5000 to 8000. Although technicians were truly wonderful and compassionate.

Very friendly staff. Kind and knowledgeable! Would recommend. Sterlington Archibald is recovering just fine! Not a fan of the cone😸
