We used to leave our pets here and they were happy about three times a year. In total we used them about eight or nine times. We would spend about a $1000.00 per trip (3000.00/year). We don't have children and are a professional couple. However I would NOT recommend this place for either a dog or cat. If you have issues with the staff they just do not CARE. When we left our cats with them we explained they are dependent on each other. And the big man was on strict dietary restrictions. That he was only to be fed the veterinary food we provided, despite WRITTEN very clear instructions, he should not be fed any other food or treats than those we provided. They fed him another kittens food (some of this food was still in his bag when I picked him up). Also when I picked them I noticed their beds were not in the condo. Their staff explained that they must have been laundered however that they couldn't find the beds, that they would drop them off at our house. After three days of polite calling I was told that "If I wanted their bedding that I should come and pick it up". I drove up there to speak to the owner, and explained to her about her staffs treatment of customers. She was very apologetic explaining that she would contact my wife and express to her a remedy for the treatment that we had received. On the way home I notice the remains of dried vomit on the pet bed. My first thought was they LIED twice and how long have my animals been without their comforts. The staff admitted they had lost the beds, but did not seem to be concerned. We never heard from the owner; no telephone nor email. I am bewildered, we trusted them, I spoke to the staff, manger, owner and never heard back. No apology, no nothing. I finally and wrote to the BBB, BC SPCA and Victoria Humane Society. Please DO NOT USE this service, everything seems fine till there is a problem. They are unprofessional, tell lies and do not CARE about there customers. Now I know why I see so many other bad reviews.

Always great at taking care of our fur babies, never had any issues over the years we've used them. Very responsive, competitive pricing and offer a military discount.

We've used Puppy Love many times over the last couple of years, they always take excellent care of our dog. It's nice being able to go away knowing our fur-baby is in capable and caring hands.

We brought in our canine senior citizen (Golden Retriever) for his first ever spa day at 12.5 years old. Despite being tired afterwards, he was very happy and loved his smooth sleek look. Thanks so much for taking great care of our old guy!!!
