They come highly recommended by a friend who works closely with the Cat Coalition of BC. They are currently boarding my girlfriend's 2 cats while she has been dealing with the tail-end of a particularly hellish tenancy and relocation. I am Truly Grateful for your help during this brutal time. I hope to drop by for a visit with Loki and Aphrodite later today or tomorrow.

Vet is not bad..but the old receptionist lady was going by the book and told us we'd need to pay for our 1st vet exam for our adopted cat from BCSPCA...even though we had the paper saying the 1st vet bill from most vet clinics within 3 days of adoption will be covered by BCSPCA. We brought the cat to this vet one day late because that's the earliest day they could take us in...but we took our cat in asap!! SO the receptionist consulted with the vet and they did take us in for free. But not happy with the service of the receptionist lady. We're going to other clinics elsewhere because we don't want to deal with this stern looking old receptionist who doesn't greet us with a smile and also gave us a hard time during this first visit!

We have been taking our yellow lab puppy Cosmo to Metrotown Animal Hospital for 9 months now and I have been very impressed with their service - staff and vets are very good and fees are really reasonable.I would highly recommend this clinic to other pet owners in thw area.
