We have been going to this vet for a little while now and can't say enough good things about them. The staff are always friendly and care for the animals they are treating. They go above and beyond from other vets we have been to. I would recommend this place to anyone with a cat or dog

All the vets and staff at QP are great. They have taken good care of our resident cats. One cat, Ben, had extensive and compounding problems. I was impressed with the way Dr Arora methodically worked through the issues, step-by-step. And she didn’t hesitate to refer Ben to the specialty vet in Langley as soon as it became obvious that Ben’s problems required extensive specialization (oncology). The bills were reasonable and manageable. I’d recommend QP for everyone.

I,ve just spent over $500 to treat my dogs ear infection, and they they,re telling me I need to spend more to make sure it,s gone. They’re all about the money, in my opinion. Save your money and fine another vet.

Staff are great, locations is clean and pet friendly... but they are all about taking your money... I have had two yorkies at first there and my first was when my girl had a seizure...they prescribe all these medicine for me to use only if she had the symptoms again but never did so wasted 150$ in medicine that wasn't needed...than I brought my boy to them his first visit was a new vet...she was great with him giving him lots of treats and taking it easy...this was my 4 months boy 2nd visit... he got his shot and yelp and cried a bit and was nervous but as soon as he was at home he was fine... I book a leptso shot...cancelled it a week before but for some reason two days before I get a reminder about the appointment...and also got a phone call saying his medicine is ready....I was very shocked as there should of been first no appointment and 2nd why was he getting medicine....I phone back and was told he that a 4.5 month old needs to be sedated to receive his shot! I was so shocked and you should never sedate an animal for shots...I said why does he need to be sedated.. they state due to him being nervous...In my opinion my boy was fine yes he yelped from the shots and was nervous but doesn't needed to be sedated (another money grabber) and than they state that this was discussed in our previous visit with the vet.....fyi no it wasn't nothing was stated or I would of told them right there no!... and than when I brought up raw to them they tell you all about salmonella and all the bad stuff...anyhow pulled both my dogs out and will be going to a new vet...
