Best Vet/Grooming services I have ever had. The owner Kelly works hard to ensure everyone, animals and humans included, are well taken care of. Grooming services are fantastic and reasonably priced. Her staff is great, and her line up of vets always give my furry critters thorough and attentive care. I always leave feeling like my pups got tons of love and attention.

We have seen two different vets here and the primary care we have received for our two beloved kittens has been exemplary! We have a kitten coverage plan with the centre which is comprehensive, well priced and has a couple of nice perks (including a huge sack of kitty chow!) Both vets and all the other staff have been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable as well, and we receive follow up calls the day after our visits to make sure there are no adverse effects from treatments. They also seem to offer a pet grooming service here and while we haven't used it, we often see dogs getting spruced up when we peek in the door from the reception area. Heartily recommended!

Took my senior fur baby here for a groom, after reading all the great reviews & they did not disappoint! Adrienne was patient & understanding and took the time to get to know my dog prior to grooming him. My dog has separation anxiety and she seemed to make him feel at home. When I picked him up, he was as groomed exactly how I wanted him to be - not too long & not too short, round face. Adrienne did a great job! Extra kudos to the vet side - they always have in stock my dogs hypoallergenic food (High maintenance dog, I know) Take your furry babies here!

My cat needed to go in for an emergency check up after having an accident, and they were beyond understanding and squeezed me in between appointments. I truly have never had an experience as great as paws, and I'm thankful my partner told me about them. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and will help calm you down when you're panicked about your fur baby. Thanks, Paws!! :)

March2018- decided to give this place a try again, despite hesitations. A friend with a large dog swears by it and reviews seem OK too. Called in February for grooming appointment for our 11-month old puppy and no answer - left a message. After not hearing back for two weeks again I called them back (now in mid March) and they would not get me in that weekend, in fact would not be able to get me in for another month!!! I explained what happened again and the receptionist had no empathy for it and seemed zero interested in providing good service. Instead she was holding my dog’s breed standards against me. Dec 2017 - Not happy with this place. The first time we called for grooming (in Nov) we left a message to get a booking just before Christmas. We never heard back from them. I called after two wks and they would not get us in before Xmas (fully booked by then). Eventually the manager called and said she found our voicemail message and got us in before Christmas. Thank you ad thumbs up. However, when picking up our 8 month old puppy they complained about how much fur she had and how long it took to dry her, though they were aware of her breed and her age/size when I booked. Seemed unprofessional to complain about a fact that is normal and standard for the breed. The grooming job itself was as expected so that is a plus. Customer service needs serious improvement.
