Had my two kittens spayed and neutered here recently and was super impressed. Very large, clean, professional office with friendly staff. The vet called as soon as the operations were over to give us an update and then followed up the next day also. When picking up the kittens, a technician sat down with us and explained everything in detail. An added bonus was that, unlike other places, they give IV fluids during the procedures. Also, even though I live in Vancouver (as opposed to North Van), it was super easy to find and get to the place - just over the Iron Workers Memorial Bridge.

Really good service. I got call-backs. They told me what the options were. I got a reminder call. I sorta wish the medical system worked more like this.

These people love animals and it shows. We come here for our cats and they are always so gentle and caring with them. They have amazing customer service skills. I have never had a vet walk me through the treatment plan like the one I've had here. I would recommend them to everyone.

We've been taking our pets to this clinic for about a year now. They have since renovated the clinic to make it bigger and more modern. Looks really nice. They staff is really friendly and helpful. They're really nice with our pets.

Great staff, great doctors and fantastic facilities. Took us a very long time to find a vet clinic we were happy with after me moved here and we struck gold.
