WORST VET EVER. She should be out of business. She’s more of a sales rep than a vet. She wouldn’t let me see my dog until I paid. As if I was gonna grab him and run out. He was screaming as he was very stressed out. She was very nasty when I asked her for my dog, and told me to never come back when i demanded I see him. Wish I could give them zero stars. The one star is going to the reception!!! Very nice ladies at reception.

Dr. Lahey isn't a vet - she's a sales person. During the course of our 20 minute visit she suggested 6 separate things for me to buy from them. Ridiculous things too like a few unnecessary shots. I told her I like to do my online research before I buy anything for my animal. When I went to pay for my appt she had added onto the bill all 6 things she recommended to me.. PLUS the fee for expressing my dogs anal glands.. (I was told by the vet tech this would be included in your exam and that it only costs when you come in just specifically for that procedure) She had also scheduled in appointments for me for all these shots that I don't want. Even a few she didn't mention! Perhaps she should consider a career in sales. I found her very cold and direct, robotic and didn't seem to be much of an animal lover. Won't be going there again. The one star is for the lady at the front desk, she was great!

Vet is far more interested in selling me stuff?! Took in a rescue for a check up, Dr Lahey did NOT do a thorough look since I had to take him back when I discovered a large wound under his nailbed. Round one of antibiotics did nothing, returned to have her prescribe lots more that I had to administer and wanted me to return repeatedly. Not exactly surprising since she spent more time staring at the tattoo on MY arm than she did checking out my new Rescue cat. I initially took her advice, but later realised she was simply pushing product; not helping me or my cat. She ultimately refused to finish his vaccinations and closed my file when I complained. Do NOT recommend them! Stay away...

Dr.Lahey almost killed my cat if I wouldnt stop her treatmen, she keeps your pet sick you would comeback again and again and pay her, we came in summer 2017 and since paid her around 4500-5000$ but never got better, the problem was simple urinary tract infection and dehydration after and low potassium, we got potassium supplements for 2 weeks from emergency we got and they told us we should avoid any other potassium containing vitamins or supplements because its life dangerous, I was very concerned about potassium overdose and was looking for supplements that are free of potassium for his immune system, she checked all in her staff presence and chose vitamins insuring me it had no potassium in it and she checked all the ingredients on my eyes and her staff eyes, it could not be any mistake happen, I bought it and was about to leave but she asked the bottle back and covered all the ingredients with a stick paper, I started to give it to my cat and suddenly he got worse , he looked tired and his heart was slow , it was symptoms of potassium overdose, I called her and ask if we should decrease the dose she said not to worry and continue the treatment, my cat got worse and worse, I didnt know what to do and was looking for any reasons could cause his conditions, and was going to check what ingredients were in vitamins she gave us. I removed the sticker and was shocked THERE WAS POTASSIUM IN IT, I called her she couldnt explain it and just played the game we didnt notice , WE???didnt notice written in big letters after 3 times checking ingredients?? After taking a bottle trying to hid it?? She never apologized, she never offered any help, she was rude and I had to go to another vet clinic and pay 700$ again , and after the blood test results they found dangerous potassium overdose level, and urinary tract infection. She fooled me around and made pay for all analysis we didnt need but didt take required tests we would keep to be sick and pay her again and again, she told me my cat was healthy and no problems with his urinary tract, but a week after other test showed different results and explained all, the other doctor said she couldnt not to know about potassium containing in vitamin B complex she sold us, because he said its every doctor knows about it, just to make the sale she put my cat in a danger to die?? Or what else?? Is she certified?? Who she is, once she was violent with my cat, we came for check up and my cat made a poo, I asked to check it for any bacteria or infection, because he was sick and never got better with her treatments, she gave him mini bath I never asked for and made me pay for that after! My cat cried and. I get inside the room and saw her pushing him and pulling his tail, she noticed me and released him, then I paid 260 for his poo analysis and I discussed with her if its required and she said may be not and I canceled it then decided to check it , I belive they just threw it to the garbage wile. I was changing my mind but made me pay it not to miss a sale and after a week asked me for another sample of his poo, playing a game it was .not enough! She said for parasites it was enough but for another test its not, I think for the first one she used somebody's sample , I asked for money refund for another one that was never done and she refused to refund it, unbelievable I have all the prove in receipts and tests done Tell is it possible to do what she does I belive her positive reviews are fake

I really appreciated the time and attention Dr. Lahey and her staff took with our senior dog. Her suggestions and insight were spot on. Fees were quite reasonable. Will be switching to here.
