I really like the location and convenience of this vet clinic. I do not like the turnover in veterinarians. It’s been constant over the years which is concerning. The consistent is Robin in the front office. She’s wonderful and has been a staple there since I started going over ten years ago. I am not sure if I will return to this place because I’d like our dog to see someone who gets to know them throughout their life and the turnover rate here doesn’t give much confidence in that. Otherwise, I’ve been mostly satisfied with their services.

Dr. Bill (Ignacio) and the team and Granville Island Vet are spectacular. Yeah, my dog hates it there, smells scare him but he is treated like a Prince. They are kind, gentle, understanding g and also super professional. It’s not the cheapest place, but I think we both get excellent t value for the money. It’s a great location, cozy space and always a smile to be had. I’ve been going here since 2009 with my current pet Cheeky and prior to that with another loved pet.

They are the best, hands (paws) down. The entire team will go out of their way for you and your fur babies. I recently lost one of my beloved dogs and the procedure was painless, gentle and Dr Chan was more than empathetic. It made saying "good bye" a little easier. They have always gone above and beyond for us and are always honest and thorough with treatment needed. I have never felt over charged for anything; I have always felt well taken care of. Thank you for everything!

Moved two senior pets here after poor experiences at another clinic. The vets here are intelligent, proactive, and lovely. The support staff are just as wonderful. You can tell the overall culture of the practice (between staff) is positive too. Such a relief to feel so well cared for!

Took my dog in for an anal gland check. Thanks to vet Ignacio left with a dog with an injured back leg. Incompetent and didn't even apologize. Never again. Stay away. Just read reviews on yelp. Wish I had before.
