You can be 100% sure your flying pet's are in safe hand and they will get the best treatment they deserve. Amazing staff and Dr Anne MacDonald oh i don't know what to say about her. Such a amazing doctor and a amazing person. She will take care the birds with top most care. So basically this is the best bird hospital you can find. But one thing i have to mention this place is costly keep that in mind.

I've been taking my lovebird here for 6 years. They're always busy because they take in every possible person in need. Very sweet and kind staff. I appreciate their work so much and I know my lovie is always in good hands.

The only place any bird owner should go to if they want the best bird vets in BC. Quality care at very fair prices. Everyone there has a heart of gold and I look forward each appointment because I know my birds will get the best care possible.

I've taken my parrot here for years. If you have a bird, do yourself the favour and bring them to Night Owl. They're wonderful, caring and capable folks, who will love and care for your bird as much as you would. Can't recommend enough.

Most dedicated vets and staff. Ive seen reviews where the staff were viewed as sharp or rude. My view is if it weren't for the caring of Dr M and staff, I wouldnt have my cockatoo in my lap or my precious senegal perched on my shoulder right now. These vets techs and staff arw there for our precious feathered kids full stop.
