Very nice and caring staff. My wife and I brought in our sick ferret and they gave him the best care we could have asked for. They talked over all of our options and made us feel comfortable with making the right choice. As sad of a time as it was, I could not have been happier with the service, respect and care that everyone there showed us. Thank you again everyone at Eagle Ridge Animal Hospital ♥

We are very happy with the vet care that our fur kids receive from Eage Ridge. We tried other vet hospitals before finding Eagle Ridge and the care we get from this team is the top. The vets are knowledgeable and I always feel we are in great hands. The vet assistants are always helpful and kind as well. We are lucky to take our fur kids here! Thank you Eagle Ridge :)

I used to take my first rabbit here when Dr. Upjohn was there. My rabbit then passed away and Dr. Sylvia was very compassionate. I take my two rabbits here now and I used to have Dr. Sylvia but then she left the hospital. Currently found it difficult to speak to front desk about the vaccine for my buns. They were very brash and had some attitude. Did not receive any reassurances of any sort. This soured my experience so much so that I ended up taking them to head and tails in Maple Ridge where Dr. Upjohn now works. Dr. Sylvia also moved to the Shaughnessy Vet Hospital. Front desk staff at head and tails were more welcoming and took the time to discuss our options and the reasons behind the cost of vaccines. Also costs were very reasonable.

I have been taking my pets to this facility for years. My daughter takes her pets too, from Maple Ridge. You can expect absolute honesty and in my experience they always put the best interest of your pet first. On Tuesday I had to have my twenty year old cat put down. It was such a beautiful and peaceful death. Dr. Whitehead was just so amazing. Taking me through such a difficult time with such compassion. Thank you so much Dr. Whitehead.

We've been taking our rabbits here for years. Generally the staff is friendly and helpful, but there seems to have been high turn-over in the past few years
