Love this clinic! Our dog had stones in his bladder and we took him here late at night where they listened to us and flushed out his bladder and urethra in hopes of not having to have surgery. Over the next several days we decided that surgery was indeed necessary. Our regular vet was going to charge us $2-3 thousand dollars and this clinic charged us half of that $1500.00. Overall, they have been polite, informed, transparent and we are happy with the results and our dog is back to his normal self. We would highly recommend them for any pet emergency. Thank you

Too bad we can't give NEGATIVE stars. Don't bother going there with your pet if your short on funds.....unless you pay up front they kick you out the door!! Took our dog in & explained our case...they basically said "that's nice.....goodbye". NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!! Fees to see your pet START at $300....will be seeking a better emergency clinic & don't care if i have to drive to Vancouver!!

Great doctors and staff they worked with me to find a plan that helped to diagnose and treat my dog. All the negative reviews are due to complaints about cost, well this is an emergency clinic and emergencies can be expensive. Save up financially for your pets or consider pet insurance otherwise don’t own then complain about expensive vet bills, you cannot blame a clinic for their costs. Thank you immensely to mainland for helping our baby

What can I say, other than they saved my pets life when there was no one else around open that could. I found my 9 week old puppy non responsive , and appeared to me at the time, close to death. The Dog is alive today because of the three Vets that treated her over 2 days and the staff that medicated and oxygenated her continually for 2 days. I only wish they had a clinic for non emergency appointments - I would have both my dogs treated there in the future if they did. All the negative posts on this business have to do with money. They are made by people that probably can't afford to own pets and shouldn't. I think if you can't afford good quality care for your animal than maybe you shouldn't own one and should just go the Zoo or something....

We brought our cat in, who had Feline HCM, when his breathing suddenly became laboured. We rushed him to the emergency clinic but he passed away as we pulled up into the parking lot. The nurses dimmed the lights and lit a memorial candle for us, which I thought was really nice. They gave us time to say goodbye to our cat in private before they took him away. We had him cremated and recieved our ashes very quickly in less then 2 days (on a weekend) in a pretty urn along with official cremation documents and a card from the hospital. The nurses were caring and comforted us through the whole process.
