I had an injured dog and got stuck in Mill Bay during the recent Malahat closure. I made my way here after a horrible experience at another vet trying to get her treated closer to Mill Bay. They were super lovely, saw me right away and gave my dog excellent care. I was very grateful after a hectic day for the warmth and professionalism they showed. Highly recommended!

The first Vet I needed for my West Highland White (thankfully the Tosser has retired) said my Doggo should be put down immediately! He was seven years old at the time. Thanks to the care of the Vet and Staff at this establishment he lived to the ripe old age of seventeen and was in rude health until the end! We adored our dog and he was VERY well looked after. My Catto lived to be 23 years old and our new little doggie was seen today at the speed of light. Small dogs... lots to get into ! Excellent and speedy treatment! Absolutely Fabulous!

We got squeezed in on the weekend with a very sick dog. The vet and staff were extremely calm and caring, and even very kind when delivering sad news.

The front counter staff and the Vet were amazing. Very caring and tactful during a sad time for my family and I. They were professional and sensitive. Thank you for helping me and my Benny boy.
