The experience at this vet was terrible. This was my first time with a pet undergoing surgery. The staff were not welcoming nor friendly. I was expected to bring paperwork for my dogs surgery however, was not told prior to the day of. The vet did not introduce herself or explain the procedure. She went ahead a popped a sist on my dog with her bare hands. Overall I am very unimpressed and will not be returning. To follow up 3 months later on my past review. My dogs “dissolvable” stitches are still in her skin, over grown and poking out leaving her with a terrible scars and blisters. The stitch was done terribly. Her skin was put back together with no care. Absolutely disappointed.

I have had to take my household pets to this clinic on a couple of occasions, and the staff here have always treated my pets and my family with respect and dignity. There is more to veterinary care than just curative measures, and the fine folks who work at this clinic are exemplary in all regards.

Turned me down while my cat was very I'll because I had not come in for two years so they dropped us as a patient. Me cat would not have survived the weekend if I had not got her somewhere else. They receptionist even hung up on my husband, and when my mother in law went out there to ask why the receptionist responded with oh it's one of you. Very rude and un professional! I had gone there for my 3 cats and both my dogs. So to tell me we are not patients because we had not gone in for two years is ridiculous.
