Amazing and fantastic place to bring your lovely pets..They did an amazing job to Barney. I am recommending this hospital. Before Barney was walking sideways because of pattelar luxation The Dr. Gave a good advice prescribed joint food now Barney is walking straight and full of energy. He had his dental care done last July 9 and did an amazing job .The charges are very reasonable. I highly recommend Panorama village Animal hospital.

Beware of this place if your dog may need surgical attention or has cherry eye. The staff was kind enough to allow me to visited the vet right before closing as my dog had cherry eye and I wasn't sure if it was something more serious. The female vet was very nice and we were prescribed some drops for his eyes but it didn't help. Fair enough. Fast forward later, I let the vet know by email how my dog is doing, and she was replying, up until the point where I asked for an estimate of how much the surgery would cost. She didn't reply to me and replied only when I sent another email asking if they received my previous one. She told me that she would get back to me with the estimates, but didn't get back to me at all. It's been over a month and during that time I just decided to take my dog somewhere else. Bottom line- I know that they may be busy and to be honest, Cherry Eye in dogs is not as serious as other ailments, but it can have adverse effects if left untreated. But with that being said, I did not appreciate being treated like my puppy was secondary matter and they didn't feel any urgency in getting us the help we needed.

First off I want to start by saying my coworkers were absolutely amazing and I am still very good friends with them. Do NOT bring your pets here. I used to work here, as many of the clients know. In april my puppy broke her leg tragically. She was taken into my work for emergency surgery the next day performed by an outside doctor who is a wonderful orthopedic surgeon. I was told by Dr.Zacharias (owner of practice and my boss) to go home and rest while Avery (my puppy) was in surgery. When i came back they were still doing the surgery as they had started late. I looked inside to see no one monitoring my puppy what so ever, as Dr.Zacharias claims she was in appointments and couldn’t watch my puppy so she left her daughter to watch her thought she has NO veterinary background let alone should be able to monitor patients. She also was not currently watching Avery. One of the other workers were supposed to be watching and monitoring my puppy but was instead told by Dr.Zacharias to go up front and check another client out. This has now been 20 minutes with no one watching my puppy at all, which is more then enough time having her anesthetic on 5 (highest it goes) to kill my puppy. No one was watching her or noticed that her heart rate was slowing and she eventually passed away on the table. I do not blame the surgeon doing the surgery what so ever as it was a tough break and he was focusing on fixing it and i’m sure was doing a wonderful job as always. Point being if this animal hospital can be so poor on the care and treatment of a staff members pet, imagine how it is with clients pets. They were just AAHA accredited, which clearly means nothing these days if they are able to neglect a patient like that. NEVER bring your pet here or put them under anesthesia here. This practice was negligent to their own staff members pet and

Took my parents cat here to be boarded, they had no problem with the time frame we had asked him to be boarded there for, only to find out when my parents left to go to Croatia they said 2 days later they couldn’t keep him there anymore because they had “work” to do in the clinic. My parents were then livid knowing as a paying customer they went back on their word and couldn’t keep him. So my girlfriend had to pick Oreo (parents cat) up and figure out what to do with him as we hadn’t made any other arrangements here. Very disorganized clinic who doesn’t care if their clients are happy or not

Fantastic staff. They have been amazing with my dogs. Very loving and caring. Recently my dog of almost 15 years passed away. They have been there to support us and look after all our funeral request. Thank you:)
