Dr. Grubac is the veterinarian to my two cats and she has been consistently wonderful to them, and to us, for many years. Her love for animals is so easily apparent. She is thorough but also mindful of the cost to her patients. The staff are also excellent. They are friendly, helpful and they too are compassionate. I highly recommend South Point Pet Hospital.

They have given usual service when I have taken our pets. I haven't experienced great or spectacular client care. If you do not know or ask questions it seems the rate/fees are quite high. Recently asked how much 2 services would cost wasn't given a clear answer? When the cost was given it seemed very high. Also feel they are wanting to increase their $ volume/business with add on's or unnecessary procedures. I do understand wanting to increase revenue but this clinic just doesn't feel very authentic.

Wow in one week 2 employees were extremely rude. Maybe both on PMS. New to this clinic. They don't know how to deal with customers. Customers keep any place running. Giving 2 stars. Staff need to learn people skills!!!
