I will never bring my cat there again. I informed them she is high stress when I dropped her off for her appointment at 10 am, I didnt even get to meet the vet they just swooped her away. Then she sat in a cage for 4 hours, allowing plenty of time for her anti-anxiety pill to wear off, until they attempted to BEGIN her appointment at 2 pm. She was so stressed and scared by then she didn't respond to me at all. Then they made ME feel bad about her aggressive behaviour - I gave them fair warning. Do NOT recommend.

The staff was amazing they took my dog in at the last minute when he was hurt on Vacation

I had my beautiful girl in for a molar extraction, because of a large fracture. The staff were fantastic, friendly, efficient and helpful as was the vet himself. Sydney was comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. The surgery was done first thing in the morning and she was ready to come home by 2 pm. She was happy and alert when I picked her up to bring her home and hopped right into the car. They sent me home with some pain meds and antibiotics for her and then followed up a few days later to make sure Syd was ok. They are for sure my go to vet for all pets needs from now on. Thank

Amazing clinic. The staff were able to get my American Staffordshire Terrier (pitbull) Chevy in quickly and remove a irritating skin tag at a great price! The follow up call was also a great time for me to ask any questions I may have forgotten at the time of picking him up.

I brought my aged cat Freddie in and he had been attacked and badly wounded by a neighbourhood cat. The vet had a big job to perform surgery to reattach his tail and treat the wounds. I had to come back twice for the wound treatment and follow-up. I found all of the staff so friendly and professional. I was expecting a very large bill so was pleased with a very reasonable one. I told my sister who lives in Ottawa and she agreed that I got a good deal at Twin Rivers. Also, my cat seemed relaxed. In addition, the staff did not try to add on unnecessary fees for items that I did not want. Another local vet did this to me and it has happened to me in other provinces. I simply do not return to these vets and let others know of their unscrupulousness. In conclusion, I recommend Twin Rivers Vet to all of my friends and will return to them should the need arise.
