Carrington Animal Hospital seem to care for our little guy he was just in for a check up to make sure everything was OK and follow up. The next day was very nice following up so yes I feel very comfortable recommending this Animal Hospital to anyone.

All the staff at Carrington Animal hospital are fantastic! They're professionals who have the expertise and the heart that you want when it comes to your fur kids’ well-being. My dogs never have anxiety about being there, even when I recently had to leave one of them there for day surgery. I’ve recommended Carrington Animal Hospital to one of my neighbours who came back and really thank me for my referral - she felt very welcome and comfortable there as well. If you're looking for a vet on the Westside, I absolutely recommend Carrington Animal Hospital!

The last 4 visits my dogs have had 4 different Vets examine them. I brought my Swiss in to discuss worms vet, that was not even addressed but a purchased of pain meds was. Surgery was planned for my Rotti, the vet 2 who booked it told me to bring in a urine sample, when arrived it wasn't asked for though i brought my dog in the vet for peeing in the house, possible urinary tract infection because of the green discharged, yet when i arrived it wasnt requested and a brief note of weak tea was suggested, so that issue was not addressed.and also remains untreated .Vet 3 told me if his paw doesn't get better- must have surgery. Brought him in for surgery- another vet said he didn't need it and more poor dog was sent home..still limping and favoring his paw. $600 worth of Xrays were done but not on his acl ( my dog is predisposed to this injury- seem very important to take xray of that area. My dogs surgery was cancelled by the 4th vet stating that it looks good..yet he's still limping. N favoring his paw and ends up not even using it. If this was a human I'd called it malpractice..sending a patient home without caring for their needs. Will not be going back..unorganized and unhelpful. My dog was given xxx sedation and I asked for help to get him in my car n the vet said " I'm not breaking my back" I was left to get my 120 pound Rotti in my car by myself..shocking I even sent a email stating can I give him pain meds ( I had) receptionist said don't until we get back to you- noone got back to him). Important to find one vet who actually knows our animals. My poor boy was bounced around between multiple Veterinarians and was sent home the same way he was brought in..limping favoring and in pain. I need one vet who knows my animal, 4 different vets never solved our problems. This is poor care ( they got their $$)

I will never use this veterinary office again. Horrible service, only interested in their bottom line. If you care about your pet, go elsewhere. I would have given less than 1 star if I could. They wouldn't do anything to help my dogs suffering even though it would be a week before they could see her. I offered to keep the scheduled exam. I just needed them to refill a prescription that worked in the past. This shows they don't really care!
