We have been using them for all 3 of our dogs for over a year. Different breeds and unique needs. Very HAPPY with all aspects of their care. Highly recommend with total confidence!

I now live in Northern California and I still take my dogs to Dr. New and Dr. Wendy. The staff is excellent, especially the receptionist Tanisha. Everyone there treats my dogs and I like family, with love and respect. Being in the dog world for many years I’ve had my fair share of experiences, both good and bad. These are the vets I trust.

My little dog is almost 14. She was having breathing and a small cough, so I tried to get a semi emergency appointment. Next DECEMBER!!! i TOLD THEM SHE WAS OLD. I stopped by the clinic to get her nails trimmed, Was told to come back in about an hour, then told maybe come back tomorrow. I explained my health is not good, and I would wait to see if someone could do her nails. Finally someone came and they refused to let me go to the nail trim room with her. I explained she is afraid of people being from an abusive home. They still would not let me go with her. She has had over 100 nail trims in her life, and has always had me there for security. This is a sorry way to treat a 14 year old dog and her owner. I need a vet close by my home, but I will not go to this place again. what are they hiding. IN RESPONSE. , The girl at the desk was rude and very unhelpful. An old dog with breathing problems is not worth treating!!!. I was told very clearly owners do not go in with their dogs unless they pay more for an exam room. Basic trim is $20.00 What, another 20.00 for the room. I will never go to a vet, that ignores a sick older dog. I wonder if they were trimming nails in the toilet if they did not have a room available.

This place is wonderful! Both the Vet Assistant & the Veterinarian were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They each took their time to teach us everything that we needed to know. The entire staff were respectful and took great care of our sweet Diana Florence! Thank you so much!!
