Probably the best vet in Surrey! I can see she truly cares about animals! She clearly pays for a lot of animals extra treatments out of her own money! She let me come walk my dog even when I owed them $1500 while my dog was staying there. Some people that go there are rude and you see them in the waiting room there so called animal rescue girls. They are disgusting rude girls that get in your face! The staff there is good sweet nice caring girls! I took my dog to Newton vet and they butchered my dog charge me $2000 for unnecessary treatments and they don't speak English what a dump! I took my dog to Apollo vet a year or 2 later and they where great and straight forward. This place is not a money trap. Yes they need new building with a fenced grass area. Be nice to them at Apollo or go somewhere that's a money trap those are your options. Thanks for taking care of my OZZY DOG!!!!! 2 thumbs way up.

Brought my girlfriends dog there to get fixed. Very friendly and professional staff. Worked great with the dog who was very nervous and confused. The vet also did very good clean work. Highly recommend.

Customers need to be aware of how their babies are handled here.. If I could, I would give this place -stars. The Dr. Is a very rude woman. She needs to step off her high horse and learn to respect and listen to customers. That being said I will never step into this filth again. How is this place even running? Its dirty and not well maintained at all. There also wasn't a receptionist at front? I had to wait at least 20 minutes to even be seen??? I did some digging, this Dr. does not own her own vet, she does not care to advise the owner of the building of its poor conditions. Rather, makes some extra money for herself by quoting a different price and charging customers more than the original quote. Co workers are pouring bleach labeled sprays onto floors. They have blankets covering the dogs that are barking??? Everything back there just looked like a terrible mess. They have dogs running around where they work and perform surgeries. If they wanted to let the dogs run around, maybe build an area where they can. (I saw all this with my own eyes while walking into the patient room. I guess I must've accidentally stepped into the wrong door and witnessed the truth of how this vet runs her business.) That is why it is quite upsetting as a pet owner to have see other babies staying in such a negative and filthy environment) If you truly love and care for your pet I advise you to stay away from this place as far as possible. There are many genuine professional veterinarians out there that will gladly help and care for your pet. Sadly this one is a total miss and should be shut down asap!

I would not recommend this vet to anyone. I took my 9month old dog in when I realized his toe was swollen and noticed he was limping. When I took him in they said they were going to give him an X-ray . They did that they told me it was a broken digit on the one toe. They said he needed surgery to remove from his nail down. So the next day I picked him up and they said come back the next day so they can remove the bandage . I went back the next day for them to removed the bandage and they realized the swelling on his foot did not go down at all and asked to keep him for a few nights to watch it and try some laser treatment. The next day I got a call later that night from not the vet but some specialist that was there to tell me they were going back into surgery to remove the next digit up on that toe . So next day I picked him failed to mention they actually took his whole toe off and he has only 3 toes on his back leg. Should have explained more . Anyways they didn’t charge me at all for that surgery which I kinda feel like they screwed up. And then they also tell me it might have been a tumour on his toe. I felt like they had no idea what was wrong and ended up having 2 surgery’s and only charged me for one. I just wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyone.

love love love this animal hospital and all their staff..Especially Dr.Renu! She is one of the most caring doctors i have ever met and its easy to say i trust her 100% with any of my animals! Staff on the other hand are very knowledgeable and trained to the best of their abilities. Never have i had a problem at this Vet and im very shocked to read some of the comments from clients who have.. I would recommend this place to everyone!!! THANK YOU APOLLO!!
