My cat has been in to see both Dr. Chen and Dr. Barzeli and I must say both are wonderful. They were very clear with what they needed to help my cat. They both showed compassion as well. The girls at the front are all really great. They always offer me coffee or tea. I can always trust my cat is in good hands. Thank you Burrard for being so helpful when my cat needed you most.

I'm so thankful for the team at Burrard pet hospital. I went in for some last minute vaccinations I needed to be able to board my dog. The wait was short, they were all so kind. I was surprised that they didn't charge any kind of extra money for "emergency" it was last minute on Sunday and thanks to them I was able to board my dog so I was able to go take care of my very sick mother in another province. Thank you guys for being so kind and helping me out in a pinch! I called so many other places who weren't able to help me out. Charlie says thanks for the cookies too!

I wasn't there when my wife originally brought my pup in but I was there when we picked him up later in the day. He was a whole new dog! I was extremely nervous when she brought him in however she called me and the doctor spoke to me in the early hours of the morning to better help us understand what was going on with him. All the girls had come to the front to say goodbye to them and it was clear they really loved having him there. I will say I prefer this vet over our own and we are definitely going to return. Thank you Burrard team.

Amazing service!!! All the staff were very caring and supportive. It was the best care I've ever found at a vet. The environment and they have a great selection of tea as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

My 2 months old Maltese was weak and we were scrambling to find a Vet that open during Good Friday. Finally find one that open and drove all the way from Richmond to W Broadway in Vancouver and finally when we were called into the room, the Vet Assistant asked if we were neutering our Maltese (which again, only 2 month old). If they are professional or experience enough, you can tell, he is only a baby and mine only weight 1.4lb or 0.50kg. Finally, our file had been corrected, the Vet came in the room and provide 2 or 3 minutes of check-up and were told to proceed with X-Ray on the little one and stay overnight and so on so on. We asked is that is the only option and he reply yes but will update later in the day. We were surprise to receive the quotation of $1,646.93 and then we asked what can we do or is there another solution. We could not afford the bill and had to think about this and did some checking on google about our puppy weak condition and realized his weakness was because not enough nutrient. Then we went and bought some baby electrolyte for him to drink and provided sugar water and soon enough within an hour, he was all back to normal. As a trained professional could of provided with a simple $20 treatment and wanted to charge over $1600, I this Animal Clinic only wanted to take as much money as they can out of anyone whom is visiting. ALL THEY WANTED IS $$$. As we were leaving, there was another couple which was in front of us during our visit also argued about why they are being charged $100 for couple minute checkup (WE PAID $100 FOR COUPLE MINUTES CHECKUP TOO) and the reception asked the couple to head outside to talk about their case. Same scenario as us which they are asking for over $1000 for est and not explaining anything. I will not return to this SCAM VET CLINIC and will let all my friends know about this. From what I can see from our reviewer, this Clinic is asking for X-RAY for everyone whom is visiting.
