I followed Dr. Clark to this clinic, since he left his last one. He's a wonderful person that has always given the best possible advice and services to me and my mutt. I saw Dr. Chan last week only once but found her very kind and helpful as well. I am very happy that me and my dog are lucky enough to have found them!

Dr. Chan is very thorough, she gave us time and answered all our questions, and the team staff are very friendly and professional. We are very happy and feel comfortable there as well as my big girl Micoa. Excellent team, highly recommended!

My dog seemed very at ease with the entire staff. And Dr. Chan took the time to explain to me the dental procedure she was recommending.

This is what happens. You go in the first time- they try to sell you Trupanion insurance. The doctor told me there was no pre-exisitng conditions and any future sicknesses would be covered. I took my dog after three years to get surgery and the insurance declined. Insurance said that the doctor stated on his file that there was a preexisting condition, when he explicitly told me there were no issues. So what he does, is he sells me the insurance says there are no preexisting conditions, and when my dog is sick, Im stuck. The front staff never get my name right. Oh they charged me 100 for cleaning my dogs ear. Horrible place- this is not a vet- its a scam business . The lady constantly throws and services and products at you that are not needed. At one point, the asian lady doctor wanted to get a radiologist and x rays for my dog after I tell her I was insured. Then the next day the male doctor phones me and tells me that its not needed. The two doctors contradict each other and I a stuck with a situation on where I can't make an informed decision based on conflicting opinions. Trust me they will over sell you stuff- they will over dramatize the prognois and suck you into paying for stuff the dog didn't need. Never in my life have I written a negative review. But this needed to be done. Horrible!! Go to Kits Vet Clinic on 4th- that lady is a real doctor, smart educated and she will tell you the way it is. Karim

Oops, in my struggle with the tiny keyboard of a new phone, I somehow left a one star rating when I intended to give Point Grey five stars. They provided excellent advice for the treatment of my elderly cat and followed up several times to make sure the treatment was working. I highly recommend them.
