I am disappointed to be writing this review as I had hoped that the clinic would correct their error. I brought my dog in for an examination as she was having difficulty walking. They suggested doing x-rays and blood work on her and gave me a quote. Since the bloodwork wasn't necessary yet, we decided not to do that procedure, which also lowered the cost by a couple hundred dollars. I let them know that the new quote for light sedation and 2 x-rays was within my budget and left my dog with them for the day. After the procedure, they called to let me know she was doing fine and that they did find arthritis in her legs. They also mentioned that they had to take a few extra x-rays, but did not mention anything about an additional charge. I assumed there wasn't one because they never called before hand to ask if the additional charges would be okay. The staff seem to have treated her very well and even called me to let me know that it was okay to pick her up later than planned (they knew I was working so this was awesome of them). When I arrived, they went over the x-rays and gave me my new bill which was $302.40 greater than the quote, due to the additional x-rays. I was very upset by this but ultimately left my credit card info on a piece of paper with a note (because their machine was down), to call me before processing the charges. The next day I see the full amount charged to my Visa and I had not received a phone call. So I call the clinic to discuss this with them and they apologized for processing the payment and not calling before proceeding with the additional work. The lady admitted that they did not follow their policy which is to call the customer first but that she did not have permission to credit me. She would have the vet call me the next day. The next day comes and I receive no phone call (Friday). Today is Monday and I receive a call from the vet clinic to say they are sorry for what they did wrong and will give me a 10% discount on the additional services. This is an unacceptable way to conduct business and I've learned a lesson which is to not be so trusting and never leave my credit card information. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

This is the only Vet in town who came to help us with a horse issue a few years ago and I will forever be grateful.
