Great Vet's, they set boundaries to pet owners! have a great set up similar to a human clinic. I like how the procedures are done in a separate room; this room has a window. There's a nice clean washroom available if you need to go. My puppy greeted the vets asap. Gave good information plus, the vets are on the same page as me - save money and use the time efficiently.

Highly recommend. Friendly, go above and beyond, modern facilities, very clean ans professional and good prices. The vets are very knowledgeable and practical we never feel up sold here. Feels like medical doctors and they take the time to explain in detail any tests etc and answer any questiona thoroughly.

They have been amazing to work with. We have seen a couple Vets in the last 20 years but this team is detailed, friendly and reasonably priced. What more can you ask.

I very recently had to put my dog down, and I was disgusted by the terrible service my family and I had received by one of the staff members. My dog had been in critical condition, and as my family and I were trying to have a last moment with our dog during the euthanasia process, one of the staff members had interrupted us and started requesting that we pick out an urn for the ashes out of the binder, and started talking to us about the prices, before our dog was even gone yet. This pushy, heartless and unprofessional behaviour was the last thing we needed in a moment like that. The veterinarians however were very respectful and accommodating, however this receptionist/technician had made this heartbreaking moment worse. For "animal welfare professionals", it seems like they only care about one thing. Very dissapointed.

Doctors and staff are great! Compassionate and knowledgeable. Excellent aftercare and available 7 days a week with long hours. Simply the best!
