I am so grateful that we found this 24-hour veterinarian! Everyone we dealt with their was so kind and helpful and amazing. Our rabbit was incredibly sick and they were very upfront about all of our options, the risks involved and what the costs would be. They were able to take care of the little guy and get him all better as well. They were more thorough in explaining details to us and informing us about changes to our rabbits care going forward then other vets that we have taken him to. I was quite impressed with their facilities overall. They were able to show us his x-rays digitally and keep those with his file. They also have a water rehabilitation treadmill for big dogs.

Recently took my 11 year old mini dachshund to the emergency care at Bridgwater. The service was exceptional. My dog received professional and compassionate care from the moment we walked through the doors,. Even though it was almost midnight and an emergency visit, fees charged were reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Bridgwater Veterinary Hospital!

My 4 month old kitten, Ferguson, ate a button. I took him to Bridgwater Vet Hospital on Victoria day at 11:30pm. It was decided that they had to do surgery! The entire experience from the second I walked in until the minute we left, two days later, was great (other than the poor little guy having to have surgery). The entire staff really cared about his well being and were so great to him. The post op instructions were very detailed and helpful. They called us immediately after the surgery to let us know he was doing well, and let us go visit him later that day. thank you to the entire team at bridgwater vet hospital, you guys are amazing.

Very disappointed. The prices were reasonable and cheaper than the rest. However staff lied to us and broke their promises. The “manager didn’t care and said oh well” the prognosis was grim and i was there to have my pet put down. I was given the option of either spending $2200 or surrender my dog. They refused to put him down. In the end. I was told the only option was to put him down after the “exploratory” surgery. They also allowed my ex to take pictures of the corpse against my wishes and warnings, which she sent to my children terrorizing them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very compassionate, caring staff. We had to make a last minute decision at 11pm on a Sunday night to bring our Great Dane in who has been on palliative care for Lymphoma for a few months and had gone steadily downhill during the day. We had hoped we could wait until Monday to see our regular vet, but we wanted to let our girlie cross the rainbow bridge before she suffered. The receptionist asked us when we were going to be there and had everything ready to go within half an hour complete with a private room set up with a nice blanket for our pup to lay on. Every tech and vet who came in was extremely compassionate and explained everything to us thoroughly to make the process easier. They had us cleared up and offered us any time we needed before or after to say our goodbyes. The room was nice a comfy, with a perfect side door out so you can have privacy when needed. Our dog was also very selective in her dog friendliness.. so this would have been perfect for bringing her in before this without adding anxiety of other dogs. The prices were definitely reasonable compared to what we have seen elsewhere, and their service definitely is worth it. After a misdiagnosis from a different vet (which would have cost us an extra $7-900 for something completely unneeded, in addition to all the testing we had done to find out it was Lymphoma) we were very happy that they didn't go with any frilly stuff.. just helped us let her go peacefully and quickly. Thanks again to the staff. We will be back (but hopefully not soon).
